Enjoying the park
Hi,
My name is Jean, I just joined the park with my two dogs, Sparky and Mindy.
So far they have met Molly and Gracie and we have had an enjoyable time. Never know when I might get there, but hope to make some additional 2 and 4 legged friends. May get there for a bit Friday afternoon if it is not raining.
Well, thanks to Ann I learned that I did not post this so you would all read it. Will try again. I am not the most computer savvy person around, but I am willing to learn.
Made it to the park today (Sat) and no one else was there. I should have called Lori but I kind of just went on a whim. Hope to get there sometime Sunday if the weather is not ugly. Probably about 1 pm, if all goes well. Maybe I will meet someone there.

Hi Jean, Welcome to the forum. I’m hoping we can win over a few more friends and get some fun socialization time at the park before the snow flies. Are you and anyone else on here going to the party on Dec 6 between 2 and 4. I am, I just got to get around to calling Anne and letting her know. I keep forgetting. Hope to meet you and your doggies.
I have a golden retriever named Keela. She is such a good girl.
Talk to you again soon.

Hello! My dog, Addie, and I recently joined this dog park and I am impressed with how clean and well laid out the park is! I don’t even have to bring my own doggie bags as they are provided & its easy disposal. The toy box with the provided toys is a cute touch too and much appreciated as Addie loves to play with toys. I never thought Addie ( A doberman) would love the swimming pool so much. Now I know that it would be worth getting her such a pool at home too! We’ve met a Malte-poo named Floyd (spelled right?) so far and he and Addie played well together. We spent our other 2 visits alone in the park, but it was still enjoyable as it always provides shade and Addie likes to watch for the rabbit she saw right outside the park on the first day , as well as any people moving or making noise around the park…must be the guard dog in her. I can check papers (I’m a teacher & currently teaching summer school) on the picnic table provided (Thanks for this table , Anne & family, as us 2-legged members use it!) Addie & I both feel refreshed when leaving. We would like to meet some more members, so please let us know if you are going to the park any time soon. Addie loves all dogs (any size) and plays well with them, so don’t let the doberman appearance deter you! We hope to meet you soon! Suzie
